Refund and Return Policy for God’s Word with Fire

1. Returns:

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached. Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

3. Exchanges:

If you need a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days to request an exchange. Items must be returned in original condition. We will gladly send out your preferred size or item once the original purchase is received.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

Due to health and safety, all custom items, clearance products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.

5. Shipping Costs:

For all returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
